Plan 1:

This plan includes a one-on-one consultation, a 3 week follow up counselling session and your 1 week custom meal plan. This option also takes into consideration your food preferences, lifestyle, and personal diet challenges. Ongoing communication and adjustments are provided as needed.  This plan is perfect for someone who needs a little motivation and accountability with their diet.

Includes:
• Individualized grocery shopping lists with easy food prep instructions
• Healthy and easy-to-make recipes
• 1 Progress check-ins with Amy
• Support with accountability and motivation
• Custom adjustments as needed

Plan 2:

This plan is a more long term option to help support you with lasting behavioural change, support with accountability and learning more about your relationship with food. This plan includes 2 extra follow up counselling sessions and two more 1 week meal plans.

Includes:

• Grocery shopping lists with easy food prep instructions
• 3 separate 1 week meal plans
• 3 Progress check-ins with Amy
• Support with accountability and motivation
• Custom adjustments as needed
