Amy was easy to talk to and very informative. She put together a great meal plan for my husband and I. The plan made food prep easy and gave us more time for other things.
The consultation was fun and Amy helped me realize that I had to work on my relationship with food before I was going to keep the weight off long term. The food plan was easy and yummy too.
Amy gave me some great advice for food options while I’m training for my races. The options were from whole foods and it helped me save money because I could make them myself.Endurance mountain biking is my obsession;)
