Amy was very knowledgable and made things easy to understand. She created some great meals plans for my husband and I. We loved saving the time and money on cooking and buying food.
She helped me work on my bad relationship with my body and how I was punishing myself with workouts and restricting what I was eating. I feel like I am less extreme with my diet and happier for it.
Amy provided me with some awesome pre/post and intra-race snack ideas for when I’m mountain bike racing. I love eating whole, natural foods instead of gels.
